It started with a simple desire to create and make money but food ended up leading me somewhere much deeper than business.

Like many young chefs, it started with a simple desire to create. I started selling plates, taking orders, and sharing meals with others. At the time I thought I was building a business. Looking back, I realized I was building a relationship with food that would ultimately transform my life.

As the years went on, I immersed myself in the culinary world. I attended culinary school, worked in hospitality, and continued searching for my place within the industry. But somewhere along the way, I began asking myself a deeper question:

What does food mean beyond the plate?
